This is the website of Jason Towers, trading on the internet as Savvy Web Design. The business name is registered in Australia.

Savvy Web Design does not maintain physical business premises. Jason can be reached via e-mail at jason@savvywebdesign.net.

Information collected by this website

Savvy Web Design collects no individual information on consumers who browse this website. This website's server uses cookies solely to facilitate the Google Analytics service. Savvy Web Design does not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

Unsafe content warnings

Despite warnings which might pop up in some browsers, this website does not use unsafe scripts or ActiveX controls. The warning seems to be caused by images which are hotlinked from associated websites www.jasontowers.com and www.tareewebdesign.net. These are ordinary static images and can be safely downloaded.

Your contact details

If you supply your postal address, telephone number, email address or other contact details, you will only receive the information for which you provided your contact details. Savvy Web Design does not maintain email subscriber lists, does not send out bulk emails, and does not pass on your contact details to third parties.

Freedom of information

Upon request Savvy Web Design provides clients with access to all information maintained about them. (In practice this information is almost always confined to contact details and website logins.) Existing clients can access this information by emailing or telephoning the phone number that appears on invoices. Clients can have this information corrected by emailing or telephoning.

Security of transmitted information (PayPal only)

When clients transfer financial information during a PayPal transaction, they are redirected to PayPal's secure server and notified through a pop-up screen. Savvy Web Design does not receive any of the sensitive information transferred in such a transaction.

Savvy Web Design does not request other types of sensitive information.
